Martin Cozens, Managing Director

Martin originally joined Banc as a consultant before accepting the offer to lead the company into its new phase of growth.

Previously he was Account Director and Partnerships Director at Latitude Group, one of the UK’s largest Online Marketing Agencies where he saw company growth from £5m to £60m turnover inside 5 years.

Prior, Martin worked at a new media agency in the 1990s, surviving the dot.com boom and bust before migrating to the search marketing industry in 2003.

He has a breadth of experience in search engine marketing and was instrumental in establishing brand name protection in the search engine landscape for FTSE 100 companies such as Alliance & Leicester.

Neil Birchall, Client Services Director

Neil joined Banc in July 2009 after 5 years at Latitude Group where he was Senior Account Manager prior to being Partnerships Manager.

Within these client service roles, Neil was privileged to work with a variety of companies from FTSE 100 listed organisations such as Tesco (RBS) and M&S as well as companies like Swinton, Surgicare, Alliance & Leicester and Liverpool Victoria.

Neil has a great deal of experience in all forms of online media across many sectors including Finance, Retail, Travel, Insurance, Gaming and more. He has managed all types of businesses from Blue Chips to SMEs and entrepreneurial start ups.

Emma Crowe, Head of PPC

Emma is a time-served Pay Per Click optimisation expert. She has worked on many campaigns since 2007 across multiple sectors.

Emma has full responsibility for all client PPC campaigns, ensuring that we meet campaign directives set by the client. She works alongside the Client Services and Sales teams, involved in the planning, integration and ongoing improvement of Return on Investment for all client briefs.

Alex Moss, Head of SEO

Alex graduated in Law & I.T. in 2006 and has been involved in SEO ever since. He combines his skills in Website Development to ensure a joined up approach to SEO.

Alex has developed in his own time, two interesting plugins for WordPress; Facebook Comments and Twitter Feed and recently was asked to contribute to eConsultancy’s SEO Best Practice Guide.

He is responsible for all SEO campaign delivery to ensure that our client’s receive ongoing improvement in Return On Investment from Organic Search results and is involved in both Strategy and Tactical planning and execution.
