Monica’s Banc Media Experience – Week 11

4th August 2010: The big day has come and my Banc Media adventure begins. Scared but excited at the same time. I was back in the lovely Furness House but this time as a Banc Media employee and not as a graduate hoping to grab the job of my dreams.
Early in the morning Neil and Martin introduced me to lovely Emma (master in PPC), sales-machine Andy and everyone else within the Banc team. And what better way of getting to know them than by making some tea and coffee? Martin was keen to teach me how to brew the perfect tea, while totally disapproving the traditional method.
Afterwards, surprise- surprise: sitting on top of my desk was an eMac, a computer I was unfamiliar with. Fortunately, it only took me a short time to get used to it and now I am very pleased with it.
