Phew, finally a spare minute to write my weekly blog. My task list has never been so full, and many more jobs are been added as the week progresses.
However, I was determined to keep up with my usual schedule, so I have found the time to squeeze in my weekly blog update.
As you’ve probably realised by now, we are always busy at Banc Media, and we never rest on our laurels. We always strive to deliver the best possible ROI for our customers, no matter how big or small they are. These last couple of days have been especially busy for me as Neil has been off on a holiday. I hope he’s having fun skiing and he’ll come back all relaxed and with renewed energy. By the way: thanks for the chocolate biscuits Neil. They’ve been very tasty. So yes, I’ve had to lead the Client Services Department and I think I’ve been doing a pretty good job so far, even if I do say so myself. I’ll just have to wait for Neil to get back for an official appraisal of my efforts.
But this hasn’t been all that I’ve been doing; apart from helping our PPC manager, Emma with some bits and pieces on our PPC campaigns, I’ve also aided our SEO managers in developing some competitor analysis for one of our SEO clients. This has given me an even more in depth insight into what makes a good website from a Search Engine Optimisation point of view. I’ll be sure to share what I’ve learned with you in one of my next blogs.
Last week, I attended my first client meeting with Neil down in London and I can honestly say it was amazing. There was a lot of preparation beforehand, many reports and analyses were made, but it was totally worth it. It was a very good experience and it has definitely helped me in building up my confidence.
It’s time for me to go now since I have a couple of emails to reply to and several Production Briefs to complete. Before you go: stay tuned for next week’s blog as we might reveal one of Banc Media’s greatest plans for 2011.
